Events Tickets Network offers a variety of ways to purchase tickets – Tickets are sold by organisers, resellers and businesses. We mediate between the buyers and the sellers. The most cost effective way to book tickets is usually online using a credit card or bank transfer.
Yes, call our booking line on +4915211340317 or the Freephone number listed on the event advertisement. Some promoters also advertise their own booking number which can be used to book tickets too. Please note that phone bookings are subject to a phone Booking Fee.
Generally, yes you can. We are an online market place for buying and selling of tickets.
All of our booking options offer you access to the same tickets, so whether you book online, over the phone, or in person, you’re guaranteed to get the best tickets possible.
It is best to purchase your tickets prior to the event to guarantee availability. However, if there are any unsold tickets to an event, these are generally available at the venue approximately 30 minutes prior to the start time. Please note that these will be sold on a ‘first-in-first-served’ basis. If an event is sold out prior to the start time, there will be no tickets available at the door.
Some venues offer dedicated seats/spaces for wheelchairs while others do not. We will be able to let you know what the best option is. Just write or call.
Tickets are not generally able to be replaced. For other tickets types which are delivered by post, we cannot replace them. Please call to discuss your options if you need further information.
In general, yes. But, don’t worry, the person presenting the ticket at the door will be the one to gain entrance. As long as they have a valid ticket, and meet all the necessary restrictions for the event (e.g. being over the minimum age), they’ll still be able to get in — even if their name is different to what’s printed on the ticket.
